Sethil hugs the south-eastern corner of the Realm of Rhilshen, and is mainly arid desert. There are many unusual geologic formations, which have caused it to gain the reputation of being haunted and a focal point for ley lines. Sethilsway is the seat of the Lord and Lady of Sethil. The City of Horizon is the home of Rhilshen's Oracle.

- New Oracle in Sethil. Lilithiel the Bloodsinger has taken up residence in the City of Horizon as the Oracle of Sethil. Quickly adjusting to her new position, the Oracle has demanded a private conference with the Emperialle to discuss the future of the Morning Realm. The two are scheduled to meet within the week. - Dragonets in Spring Mountains and Sydfjells, Sethil. A clutch of very young dragonets has been seen flying in the Spring Mountains between Sethil and Destil. There are similar reports from travelers in the Sydfjells. (Central Province Reporter, 11/05/07.)
- Death of the Oracle. After being poisoned by a K’Thayne refugee last week, the Oracle of Sethil has died. Her attendants recorded the Oracle’s final, cryptic deathbed prophecy: Joy and sorrow, Madness tomorrow. Where parched earth weeps, Tears become hallowed. Some observers have expressed skepticism that this is true prophecy. Regardless, the late Oracle’s utterance has inspired dozens of organized treks to K’Thayne and Sethil Provinces, where the hopeful masses are searching for an elixir of youth.
