All Elves of Val originated on the continent of Brikartha, east of Rhilshen. There are five main races of elves, and each race is named for the region in which they originated:

• Jahrel
• Lledren
• Stehlden
• Tsend

The continent of Rhilshen has two unique elvish races, each of which are believed to be a mutation or aberration with Brikarthan origans.
